Meal planning Monday

Well last week seemed to last forever however I managed to lose another 1lb so I am 1.5lb off a stone and fingers crossed this week I will get it! I cooked my simple cottage pie which wasn't so simple because the vegetables that made up the mash I had never prepared before - anyhow it was still a success I really enjoyed it, so much I had two plates full and so did Adam anyone would think he was starving! here Is whats on the menu this week,

  • Monday, Home made burgers chips and peas
  • Tuesday, Minced beef hash
  • Wednesday, I have no idea as its way in day will possibly be pasta because its quick!
  • Thursday, sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice.
  • Friday, spaghetti carbonara the recipe will be on later in the week.
  • Saturday, All day breakfast.
  • Sunday, chicken roast dinner with all the trimmings.
