Meal Planning Monday 27th January

I cant believe Monday has come around so quickly this week its weigh in tonight as we go to alternate slimming world groups one week Monday one week Wednesday because of my friends work commitments last week was a good week I stuck to meal the plan and have been good in between - it was a loss of three pounds, I am hoping to stay the the same or have lost a pound this week as its only been five days since we last got weighed. This week I also made my mince beef hash another recipe that went really well its was yummy! have a great week everyone and I will let you know what happens at weigh in in next weeks meal plan.

This weeks meals are -  

 

  • Monday - Lasagne quick and easy for weigh in night
  • Tuesday- Simple cottage pie (the recipe will be on later in the week)
  • Wednesday- Pasta and vegetable bake 
  • Thursday - Roast chicken, mashed potato and baked beans 
  • Friday - The boys will have Pizza I will have an all day breakfast
  • Saturday - minced beef hash
  • Sunday - Roast beef Sunday dinner
