Peppa Pig's Muddy Puddle Drive and Steer Car #Review

As you all know my son Adam has just turned two, I have been trying to think of ideas of toys to buy him for Christmas. Of which is becoming something of a headache for myself. Although there is something, or should I say someone that always has him smiling and squealing with delight and that character is Peppa Pig.

The Peppa Pig brand has many toys available to buy this year they have everything from character play sets to cuddly plush toys, a jumping in muddy puddles Peppa and Jigsaws  basically you name it they have got it!

My personal Favourite is the Peppa Pig muddy Puddles drive and steer remote control car.

The story, "Peppa Is a lovable, Cheeky little piggy who lives with her brother George, Mummy pig and Daddy pig, Peppas favourite things include playing games, dressing up, days out and jumping in muddy puddles. Her adventures always end happily with loud snorts of laughter"

Adam was absolutely thrilled to bits with the muddy Puddle drive and steer car, he was squealing and shaking with delight as he inspected the shiny Peppa pig car, he couldn't wait to get it out of the box.

Once I had managed to get it out of the box we had a look at the controller, it was fairly easy to use, although Adam did struggle a bit with the steering wheel as you press the forward button at the same time as turning the wheel. The car does responds quite well when you turn the wheel, the controller includes buttons for forwards and reverse, turbo and a horn.
The car is quite noisy however, I love that the car has a mute button on the bottom, unfortunately my little Adam is far to clever and knows how to switch it back on so it remains noisy in our house.

Also a question for the makers of Peppa pig ,where is George? he is not in the car I have checked online and George just isn't included in the car at all, I am unsure as to why he wouldn't be in their, even Adam picked up the car and said "where's George gone?" which is slightly disappointing especially if you have a child like mine who loves Peppa and George equally.

Like all toys this is another example of battery hell it requires eight x AA battery's which from a parents point of view I find slightly annoying!

Over all though this toy is great. It  is really great for hand-eye co-ordination and spatial awareness, it will keep your little one entertained for hours. Just remember if you are thinking of buying this for you child to make sure you keep the rechargeable batteries on hand as you will definitely need them. The Peppa Pig drive and steer car is on offer in Argos at the moment at a fantastic price of £19.99 I would definitely purchase and recommend this toy.

Argos are about to release there list of children's dream toys, of which I would put money on the lovely Peppa Pig toys being amongst them some where to see more of the toys from the Peppa Pig range click Here, Peppa Pig is really popular, most young children are going to want some thing from the range so shop early to avoid disappointment!
